A community dinner on April 16 was hosted by the three owners of a new, worker-owned tortilla factory, called El Progreso (Progress), in Yancey County in the heart of the Southern Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina. The photos and the Spanish translation below were forwarded by Molly Hemstreet.
